You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting it. The box is never ticked for you, and it is separate from any other agreement on the form. Submitting the form without ticking that box means we will not text you.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then stop. You can opt back in by submitting a form again or by asking us to add you back.
